The Kid’s Health and Wealth Study Follow Up
As your situation changes over time, we are interested in seeing how things change over time. This will help us to better determine the long term impact of kidney disease on families.
Therefore, every two years we will be in contact with you to complete a similar survey, so that we can see how things have changed for your family.
School aged children and adolescents (aged 6-18 years) with early to moderate stage kidney disease, those on dialysis, or with kidney transplants (and their primary caregivers).
